Relocated and hanging in there…

The miles were covered without event and we are freshly settled in our new nest-for-now.

Here is the view from my window…

And from today’s bright walk…

You’ve got to love the tenacious grip of an oak…I must have its sap in my bloodstream.  I cling to the old too.

It is as though we’ve stepped back a season, into our own Narnia, back to winter and to snow. just when snowdrops would be pushing their way up back on the coast…

But every place has a beauty of its own.

So here we are to embrace a new season of life and see what God shall have for us in this new place…

And it is good.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life…Ps.23:6

While people are looking at our house…

We go down to see the sea one more time

to see what we can see, while we can.

And I collect some unusual shells, because I must…

even if it means there will be just a few more things to pack…
