A sit above

A waiting canoe…
A skim-coat of ice beckoning…
A feathery ice-scape…
And our man-powered icebreaker …
All made for a great sunny afternoon adventure, together.

My pleasure, Paula. Thanks for the feedback. It was quite a delightful afternoon. LOL the ice got too thick to forge through eventually and we felt heroic breaking a channel for ourselves to get back to the dock. Then we scurried home to beat the setting sun, cold and happy.
